Storyline:
It is the time of the Crusades during the Middle Ages - the world shaping 200-year collision between Europe and the East. A blacksmith named Balian has lost his family and nearly his faith. ..Maybe it's because I like the genre, but this movie was amazing. Bloom did an excelent job despite the fact I generaly don't like his acting. You truly feel like you become a part of the Crusade torn between peace and war, love and religeon. Ridley Scott's directing and placement of a good story backed up by somewhat historicly accurate events and characters makes this movie a must see.

Loved this movie. Good story, drama and action. Love period pieces and this one didn't let me down. I've yet to see Orlando bloom in a bad movie.
